Quali Read respects the rights of authors, publishers and platforms. We respond to valid notices of alleged infringement and remove what is identified.
About the service
Quali Read is a web browser app with translation for personal reading. It has no feature to save, share or export translated pages. Our servers do not receive or store the images of the pages users open. In the paid AI plans, only the text read from speech balloons is sent to our servers to be translated, and we do not keep it after the answer. The app lists only official or licensed platforms in its catalog. Users are responsible for the sites they visit.
How to send a notice
If you believe material linked to or processed by our service infringes your copyright (Brazilian Copyright Law, Lei 9.610/1998), send a written notice to the contact below that includes:
- Your signature, physical or electronic, or that of a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material and where it is located (for example, the site address or the catalog entry), with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone and e-mail.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Please note that knowingly sending a false notice may create legal liability.
What we do
We confirm receipt within 72 hours and review the notice. When it is valid, we may remove the site or work from our catalog, disable our translation services for it and delete related data. We then tell you what was done.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your identification, the material removed and the reasons. We will forward it to the complainant and, unless they inform us within 10 business days that they filed a legal action, we may restore the material.
Repeat infringers
We remove permanently from our catalog sites that are the subject of repeated valid notices.

Sobre o serviço
O Quali Read é um aplicativo de navegador com tradução para leitura pessoal. Ele não tem recurso para salvar, compartilhar ou exportar páginas traduzidas. Nossos servidores não recebem nem guardam as imagens das páginas que o usuário abre. Nos planos pagos com IA, só o texto lido dos balões é enviado aos servidores para ser traduzido, e não o guardamos depois da resposta. O catálogo do app lista apenas plataformas oficiais ou licenciadas. O usuário é responsável pelos sites que acessa.
Como enviar uma notificação
Se você entende que algum material ligado ao nosso serviço viola o seu direito autoral (Lei 9.610/1998), envie uma notificação por escrito ao nosso contato abaixo, com:
- Sua assinatura, física ou eletrônica, ou a de quem esteja autorizado a agir pelo titular.
- Identificação da obra protegida que teria sido violada.
- Identificação do material e de onde ele está (por exemplo, o endereço do site ou o item do catálogo), com detalhe suficiente para localizá-lo.
- Seus dados de contato: nome, endereço, telefone e e-mail.
- Declaração de que você acredita, de boa-fé, que o uso não é autorizado pelo titular, por seu representante ou pela lei.
- Declaração de que as informações são exatas e de que você é o titular ou está autorizado a agir por ele.
Atenção: enviar uma notificação sabidamente falsa pode gerar responsabilidade legal.
O que fazemos
Confirmamos o recebimento em até 72 horas e analisamos a notificação. Sendo válida, podemos retirar o site ou a obra do catálogo, desativar a tradução para esse conteúdo e apagar os dados relacionados. Depois informamos o que foi feito.
Contranotificação
Se você entende que o material foi retirado por engano ou identificação equivocada, pode enviar uma contranotificação com seus dados, o material retirado e os motivos. Encaminharemos ao autor da notificação e, se ele não informar em 10 dias úteis que ajuizou ação, poderemos restaurar o material.
Reincidência
Retiramos de forma definitiva do catálogo os sites que forem alvo de notificações válidas repetidas.
